Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, you benefit from a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without needing to justify your decision and without penalties.

2. Applicability Conditions

The right of withdrawal applies in the following situations:

Refund applies:

  • The service has not yet been delivered or started
  • The request is made within the first 14 days of purchase
  • One-time payment for setup services that have not started

Refund does not apply:

  • The service was fully delivered before the expiry of the 14 days (with the client's express consent at the time of ordering)
  • Service execution has started with the client's expressed consent (e.g., the intake form has been completed and the team has started work)
  • The 14-day period has expired

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the Stripe Payment Portal or by contacting our team. Important:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No cancellation fees are charged
  • No partial refunds are made for the remaining period of an already billed month
  • The service remains active until the end of the paid period

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to hello@stratevo.ro with the subject “Refund Request”
  2. Include in the email: full name, email address associated with the account, purchased service and purchase date
  3. We will confirm receipt of the request within 24 business hours
  4. If the request meets the conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 business days of approval

5. Refund Method

The refund is made through the same payment method used for the purchase (bank card, through Stripe). The amount will be returned to the account from which the payment was made. The actual processing time depends on the issuing bank of the card (usually 5-10 business days from the time of refund processing).

6. Special Situations

In case the delivered service has significant deficiencies compared to the presented specifications:

  • We will first try to fix the problem within 5 business days
  • If the problem cannot be fixed, we will offer a proportional refund for the undelivered part
  • The decision is made by mutual agreement, based on evidence and transparent communication
