Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These terms and conditions govern the use of the website and services offered by Rewaxis Agency S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Provider” or “Stratevo”), a company headquartered in Romania, CUI: 43988688, EUID: ROONRC.J12/1520/2021, managed by Alin I. Hosu. By accessing the site or purchasing our services, you accept these terms in full.

Services are provided in accordance with current Romanian legislation, including OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights and GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

2. Services Offered

Stratevo offers productized digital marketing services, including:

Stratevo (Design + Hosting + Maintenance)

Each service has a fixed price, a clearly defined scope and a delivery term specified on the respective service page.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept bank card payments (Visa, Mastercard). Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

One-time payments: The amount is charged in full at the time of placing the order.

Monthly subscriptions: The amount is automatically charged monthly, on the same date as the service activation. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the Payment Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with OUG 34/2014, you benefit from a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without needing to justify your decision.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at the email address hello@stratevo.ro with the subject “Order Withdrawal”.

If the services have been fully delivered before the expiry of the 14 days (with your express consent at the time of ordering), the right of withdrawal no longer applies for the part already executed.

5. Service Delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative and vary depending on service complexity:

Stratevo: 7-14 business days

Delivery requires completing the intake form and providing all necessary information/access by the client. Delays caused by lack of information from the client are not the Provider's responsibility.

6. Client Obligations

To provide complete and accurate information
To provide necessary access to relevant accounts and platforms
To complete the intake form within 5 days of purchase
To respond to team requests within a reasonable timeframe

7. Intellectual Property

After full delivery and payment of services, the client receives usage rights over the delivered materials. The Provider retains the right to mention the collaboration in their portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider does not guarantee specific results (Google positions, number of conversions, etc.), as these depend on numerous external factors. We commit to delivering services to the highest professional standards.

The maximum liability of the Provider is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.

Consumers can also file complaints with ANPC (National Authority for Consumer Protection) or on the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
